Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS:
one pound bacon
two (eight ounce) packages cream cheese
three tablespoons mayonnaise
one green onion
one cup sliced pecans
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preparation Period: 4 Hours and 10 minutes
Cooking Period: 0 minutes
Prepared In: 4 Hours and 15 minutes
In a large pan fry the bacon. Eliminate the bacon from the fying pan and drain on paper towels. Slice or break the cooled bacon into small pieces.
In a medium sized stiring bowl, mix cream cheese, bacon, mayonnaise, and green onions. When mixed well, form two balls out of the mixture. Wrap and chill three to four hours, or overnight.
