Sausage Dip

Ready In: 45 minutes
Can make up to: 48 servings

INGREDIENTS:

one pound ground pork sausage
one and half cups chopped onions
one (ten ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
one (eight ounce) package cream cheese
one (sixteen ounce) container sour cream
one tablespoon crushed red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preparation Period: 15 minutes
Cooking Period: 30 minutes
Prepared In: 45 minutes

Put pork sausage in a large sized deep pan. Cook over medium high heat till evenly brown.

Drain sausage and mix in onions. Cook till slightly soft, about two minutes. Blend in diced tomatoes with green chile peppers. Mixing time to time, let the mixture to simmer approximately fifteen minutes.

Combine cream cheese and sour cream into the sausage mixture. Season with smashed red pepper.
