The Best Dry-Roasted Chickpea

INGREDIENTS:

one can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
two teaspoons olive oil
quarter teaspoon salt
ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put and spread garbanzo beans in a baking dish and pat dry with a paper towel.

Bake in the preheated oven, stirring halfway through, about twenty two minutes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Continue baking chickpeas, mixing halfway through, till gold and dry on the outside, about twenty two minutes more.
