Dry-Roasted Chickpea

INGREDIENTS:

one (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
two teaspoons olive oil
quarter teaspoon salt
ground black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Spread garbanzo beans in a baking dish and pat dry with a paper towel. Bake in the 425 degrees preheated oven, smixing halfway through, about twenty two minutes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Return to the baking dish.

Continue baking chickpeas, mixing halfway through, till golden and dry on the outside, about twenty two minutes more.
