Rye flatbread with curd cheese and vegetables.

  1.  Composition:
    cakes of rye - 4 PCs. (packaging)
    Chinese cabbage - 4
    leaves cucumbers (srednepozdnie) - 2 PCs.
    tomatoes-4 PCs
    onion (red) - 2 PCs.
    cheese curd-200 gr
    sour cream - 2 tbsp.
    garlic - 2
    cloves dill-20 gr salt,
    pepper to taste.
     
    Preparation:
    For the sauce.
    Cheese curd mix with sour cream.
    Add finely chopped dill, pressed garlic, pepper, salt. All stir.



    The resulting sauce spread the cakes and leave to soak for 1-2 minutes. Until the pellets are saturated, chop the vegetables. Tomatoes and cucumbers into strips, onion half rings, chop the cabbage coarsely. We spread everything on the cake layers: cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions. Wrap in a roll and spread on the dish.
