Fruit healthy water for hot days! [4 RECIPES]

Hi my lovely steemians, today i want to present to you quick recipes for water with fruits. We all know the "flavour water" that is supposed to be nice and stuff but the truth is it containts sugars and other things that we should rather avoid. Here are couple ways that you can make your day sweeter or if you just want to make something for your friends that will come for your picnic :)

Strawberry and Peach dream:
It's one of the most intense propositions. Choosing juicy and soft fruits, we let the water get the whole taste of the fruits it's great believe me. You can also add rosemary which will strenghten the taste :)

Blueberries and mint:
To be honest, it's hard to get the whole taste of blueberries, what i do is - I cut the blueberries in half and then stir it in the water to get some more juice out. This help to get stronger taste but the mint is doing it's job anyway :)

Grapefruit and orange:
Many of my friends love it during autumn and winter when they come for monthly meet up. For me, every time is good for it, i just love this one. I highly recommend to take the skin off before putting into water, this way we avoid water getting bitterness.

Lime, cucumber, ginger and mint:
That water appears on my table the most, because in my fridge i can always find at least one lime and mint is growing in my little garden :D Make sure to cut ginger very thinly, you can add about 3 slices but after time you will figure out best amount for you :)

Definitely very healthy, I would avoid the strawberry though, I don't really like too sweet food, it's not good for blood pressure.

But the other stuff, especially the lime is very healthy, I have heard that it has probably a lot of vitamine C, that is useful. Upvoted.

why avoid strawberry? packed with a lot of power nutrients too...

Too sweet for me, I have an issue eating too sweet stuff, for example I can barely digest creamy things like cakes and stuff like that, I think there is a medical name for that, so I don't really eat cakes not even for birthdays and things like that.

Mostly just drink champagne or wine on those occasions, but maybe I should get more into vegan stuff, my wife has a lot of ideas how I can fix my diet. Most of that stuff isn't healthy anyway.

yeah...but natural fruits are good except if your system dosnt like anything sugary related to fructose or lactose...have you checked your sugar level? Hope its ok...cos if high not good for even fruits with high fructose level...will be updating on alternative home remedies for various issues. follow me to learn once i start soon.

No I'm ok, I don't have diabetes or things like that, I just cant eat sugary stuff. I never eat chocolate, cakes, or things like that.

But fruits are totally ok except too sugary fruits like banana or strawberry.

I like eating apples, oranges and things like that, that is very good for me.

That's true but i think depending on your diet it's fine to consume very small amounts of sugar. I still need to do more research on it but since i consume no more than 1gr of added sugar daily strawberries are still fine :)

Well you must live a very healthy lifestyle then, I can already see that you look very healthy and energetic.

I probably need to stop drinking wine, I am not a drunk or anything like that, but I drink a few glasses of wine like a couple times a week. It's nothing extreme but i have also been looking at this health stuff and started realizing that how much unhealthy stuff people consume.

My wife is also into this health stuff so looks like I will try it out as well, she is a vegetarian.

These look absolutely delish! Especially the mint and blueberry. They're like healthy cocktails :)
