material -
2 thin crusted pizza base [175mm (7 inch)
1/2 cups pizza sauce
1/2 cup grated Mozarraela cheese
For Tandoori Paneer Topping
1 cup paneer pieces
1/4 cup onion pieces
1/4 cup capsicum pieces
1/4 cup tomato pieces (seeds extracted)
2 t-spoon oil
To make soft merry
1/2 cup thick curd
1 t-spoon red chilli powder
1 T-Spoon Casserole Fenugreek
1/2 tspoon lemon paste
2 T-Spoon Butter
1 Table-Spoon Besan
salt to taste
Method -
For Tandoori Paneer Topping
Mix paneer, onion, capsicum, tomato and marinated in a deep bowl and mix it with light hands and keep it for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil on a non-stick pan, add marinated vegetables, stirring them with medium flame for 3-4 minutes, stirring lightly in the middle.
Divide toppings into 2 parts and put them aside.
Keep the pizza base clean, dry, place 1/4 cup Pita sauce and a part of tandoori cheese topping mixture.
Finally sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese.
By placing the pizza on a scattered baking tray, bake at a temperature of 200 AH (400 AD) for 10-12 minutes, or until the base is well golden and bake till the melting of the cheese. Cut into equal pieces and serve immediately.
