How to make capcay chicken "healthy and delicious food"

Comeback with me @banglambang, today i will share recipes Capcay chicken

This native thailand food we usually meet at seafood stalls because we can enjoy tomyam capcay with fried calamari flour, and rice uduk.

ingredients :

spices

  • Oyster sauce
  • soy sauce
  • red onion
  • onion
  • Lemongrass leaves
  • Chicken diced
  • chili
  • lime

Vegetable material :

  • carrot
  • cauliflower
  • Seray leaves
  • tomato


How to make :

First saute onion with a little oil until wilted

Then after the onion slightly wilted, the chicken input diced

After a little fragrant and soak the input of soy sauce and sauce, then while input vegetable vegetables such as carrots, cauliflower

Continue with tomato and chilli input

Give a little water, and wait until boiling tomyam capcay ready to eat with warm rice,Do not forget the input of lime leaves for fragrant capcay.

We can replace the chicken with shrimp or squid, depending on taste
