Recipe Nastar Glow Cake (pineapple star glow cake)

 Ingredients : 

  • 250 gr margarine
  • 250 gr butter (recommended wijsman)
  • 100 gr refined sugar
  •  4 egg yolks 
  • 700 gr wheat flour
  • 4 tbsp fullcream milk powder
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla powder 


 Substance:

1 egg yolks, shake off with 1 small spoon of sweetened condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

How to make:

Beat margarine, butter, sugar and eggs, just enough to mix.
Enter the flour, milk powder, vanilla powder, stir gently with a spatula until well blended.
Take a little dough, a round shape, fill with pineapple jam. Arrange on a thin tray, spare one another.
Oven with temperature 140'C for approximately 30 minutes (adjust each oven). Remove from the oven,
And chill .


Pineapple jam
Material:

  • 4 pineapple palembang, grated or blender
  • 200 gr sugar or according to taste sweetness level
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 piece of cinnamon
  • 2 cloves 

 How to make:

Cook the fine pineapple with water, salt, cloves and cinnamon to dry. Pour granulated sugar, cook it with a small flame until dry and clay. Lift.

Tips Glow cake
For nastar try very mature, chill until really cold, smeared until 3 times

Preheat  oven with 100 degree temperature for 5 minutes under fire, insert  nastar that has been lubricated for 2-5 minutes only & let it cooled  until oven cold
The result is egg yolk is not cracked.
