As it is of your knowledge, recently I did a course of Italian food that I loved love pasta and pizzas, the pastiche is my weakness, this time I decided to prepare the pasta I love!
The majority of pasta sauces (not to say all) depart from two basic sauces, the Panna or sauce and the Neapolitan red sauce which is tomato-based. This pasta is a combination of Carbonara and Alfredo sauce with my special touch in preparation. I added ham and bacon so it's not a Carbonara a carbonara, although safe in a restaurant you ordered pasta carbonara and you give it with ham and bacon, the pasta carbonara only takes bacon.
Ingredients:
(for 5 servings)
1/2 Onion
1 kg long pasta
200 grams milk cream
250 grams leg ham
150 grams bacon
2 spooful wheat Flour
1/2 cup milk
Preparation:
Place the chopped onion in the frying pan and sauté with butter,
add wheat flour 2 tablespoons or what is necessary, stir with a whisk until a paste is made (this is the process to make the sauce thick)
Add the Milk and keep stirring until thickened. Place the bacon and cook a little until it jars the juices and the flavor.
Add the ham in pictures and all the cream of milk.
Stir with a teaspoon, add a laurel leaf, turn off and enjoy in pictures and all the cream of milk.
You should have already mounted the pasta aside, pour the sauce over the pasta and put grated cheese

Pasta en Salsa Panna con tocineta y jamón (Receta Original)

Como es de su conocimiento, hace poco hice un curso de comida italiana que me encantó el amor pasta y pizzas, el pasticho es mi debilidad, esta vez me decidí a preparar la pasta me encanta!
La mayoría de las salsas de pasta (por no decir todas) salen de dos salsas básicas, la Panna y la salsa roja o salsa Napolitan a base en tomate. Esta pasta es una combinación de salsa carbonara y Alfredo con mi toque especial en la preparación. Añadí jamón y tocineta así que no es una Carbonara, aunque seguro en un restaurante has pedido pasta carbonara y te la dan con jamón y tocineta, la pasta Carbonara sólo lleva tocineta.
Ingredientes:
(para 5 raciones)
1/2 cebolla
1 kg largo pasta
200 gramos leche crema
250 gramos pierna jamón
150 gramos tocino
2 cda trigo harina
1/2 taza leche
Preparación:
Colocar la cebolla picada en cuadros en el sartén y sofreír con mantequilla,
Agregar harina de trigo 2 cucharadas o lo necesario, revolver con un batidor hasta que se haga una pasta (este es el proceso para lograr que la salsa sea espesa)
Agregar la leche y seguir revolviendo hasta que espese. Colocar la tocineta y cocinar un poco hasta que bote los jugos y el sabor.
Agregar el jamón en cuadros y toda la crema de leche.
Revolver con una cucharilla, agregar una hoja de laurel, apagar y disfrutar.
Ya debiste haber montado la pasta aparte, vierte la salsa encima de la pasta y colócale queso rallado
