Chyou's Carrot Vegetable
Ingredients
one cup blanched broccoli florets
half cup of diagonally cut and blanched baby corn
3/4 cup diagonally cut and blanched carrot
one tbsp cornflour
one tbsp oil
two tsp finely chopped green chillies
quarter cup of sliced capsicum
quarter cup of cutted spring onions whites
quarter cup of milk
two pinches of sugar
salt to your liking
Process
Mix the cornflour and half cup of water in a bowl, mix properly and keep aside.
Heat up the oil in a wok or a broad non-stick pan, put the green chillies and sauté and heat it up for ten seconds.
Put the broccoli florets, baby corn, capsicum, carrot and spring onion whites and sauté and heat up for two minutes.
Put the milk, cornflour-water mixture, sugar and salt, mix well and heat it up for two minutes.
Serve right away garnished with spring onion greens.
