Beef Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS

two tablespoons vegetable oil
one pound beef sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips
one and half cups fresh broccoli florets
one red bell pepper, cut into matchsticks
two carrots, thinly sliced
one green onion
one teaspoon minced garlic
two tablespoons soy sauce
two tablespoons sesame seeds

PROCESS

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high flame; cook and stir beef till browned, three tp four minutes. Move beef to the side of the wok and add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic to the center of the wok. Cook and mix vegetables for two minutes. Stir beef into vegetables and season with soy sauce and sesame seeds. Continue to cook and stir till vegetables are tender, about two more minutes.
