Our second post of yummy salads is a classic one: Salad of smoked fish with garlic and olive oil.
Ingredients
- Fresh lettuce and one tomato.
- Mozzarella cheese.
- Smoked salmon.
- Smoked cod.
- Cooked prawns.
- For seasoning: chopped garlic, olive oil, oregano and salt.
Recipe preparation
- First we will prepare the dressing. To do this, cut a clove of garlic into very thin pieces, and mix it with olive oil, oregano and salt.
- For the salad, cut the tomatoes, cheese and lettuce into pieces and add these ingredients in a bowl or salad bowl.
- Peel the prawns, and add them to the salad. Add also the smoked. Prepare the salad in the most beautiful and delicate way you can.
- Finally, add the seasoning and, voilà. Enjoy it!.
