Cookie Cake

INGREDIENTS

For your cake layers:
one box peanut butter cookie mix
one box brownie mix
one box chocolate chip cookie mix
For your Oreo frosting:
two containers white frosting
twelve Oreo cookies, finely ground
For your ganache:
two cups dark chocolate
one cup heavy cream
For your decorating:
one cup white frosting
twelve Oreos, for decoration
four chocolate chip cookies, for decoration
ten brownie bites, for decoration

DIRECTIONS

Create the cake layers: Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Line 3 nine-inch cake pans with baking spray and parchment. Get ready the peanut butter cookies, brownies and chocolate chip cookies according to box instructions. Fill each into a cake pan and bake according to box instructions. Set aside to cool.

Create the Oreo frosting: In a large sized pan, blend frosting and Oreo crumbles till mixed. Set aside.

Set up the cake: Put peanut butter cookie layer on a cake stand. Spread one cup Oreo frosting evenly across the top and then cover with the brownie layer. Distribute another layer of Oreo frosting evenly across the top and cover with the chocolate chip layer.

Drop the cones in chocolate and sprinkle with bacon bits. Place in the freezer for 2 minutes until the chocolate is set. Pipe the filling into the cones right before serving. Enjoy right away.
