White Mustard Crispy

Ingredients

1 white mustard baggage (washed, peeled)
1 chicken egg


flour spices:

2 tbsp seasoning flour
2 tbsp of wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper

Step:

1. Take the white cabbage slawar, roll. Semat with stick stick. Steam for a while (approximately 5 minutes)\

             

2.Close to the egg dough, scroll to the flour dough. Back and forth fluted.

            

3. Fry in hot oil with medium heat, back and forth until browned. Lift, drain.

                                

4.  White mustard crispy ready to serve while warm.
