Ingredients:

  • 100 gm powdered Wheat flour
  • 25 gm powdered Soya Flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated beetroot
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon powdered nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon powdered cashews
  • 1/2 cup American corn kernels
  • 75 gm powdered ragi flour
  • 150 gm Honey
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cream

Prepare:

  • Step 1
    Preheat the kitchen appliance at one hundred eighty degree Celsius for regarding ten minutes. Grease the corn peels and keep aside.

  • Step 2
    Sieve the subsequent ingredients - mixed flour, bicarbonate of soda, leavening, nutmeg powder and cinnamon powder. Mix well.

  • Step 3
    Add milk and whisk well into a batter.

  • Step 4
    Now combine cashew powder and cream in a bowl to form a sauce.

  • Step 5
    Pour the batter into lubricated corn peels and add a layer of cashew sauce on that.

  • Step 6
    Now once more add a layer of batter on that. cowl this with different corn peel and tie it with a cotton thread.

  • Step 7
    Bake it in kitchen appliance for thirty minutes. once the cage is cooled, take away the thread and serve it.

  • Step 8
    You can conjointly pour the left batter and cashew sauce during a gem mould in same method and bake it.
