INGREDIENTS:
one cup flax seed
six cups hot water
one to two tablespoon honey, to your preference
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put the toasted flaxseed in a spice grinder and grind to a powder. Sort through a medium-mesh sieve into a dish.
Put the hot water to the flaxseed,blend and let set for about ten-twenty minutes to allow solids to settle out.
Drain into a pitcher, put honey and chill before offering.
