Swiss Roll Recipe

1 tub of quark
4 eggs
5 tablespoons on sweetener
1 tea spoon of baking powder
Vanilla extract
Separate the eggs and in one bowl mix the eggs with half a tub of quark 4 tablespoons of sweetener the baking powder and vanilla, wisk until smooth.
In a separate bowl wisk the egg whites until stiff.
Wisk half of the egg white in with the rest of the mixture then fold the other half in.
Place the mixture on grease proof paper on a baking tray and place in the oven for 15-20 mins at 180 degrees.
Leave to cool and mix the rest of the sweetener with the rest of the quark and spread on the cake and roll.
Half a syn per roll, no syns per slice
