I would like to share with you a recipe for a super quick and easy fresh haddock fish fry. Here in Nova Scotia we love our fish and it's gotta be fresh.
Start by drying off the haddock fillets in paper towel.
Next you want to get a pan or container with some milk in it. Dip the fillets one at a time into the milk.
Have another pan or container with flour in it. Add salt and pepper to the flour and stir it. Dip the milk coated fillet into the flour mixture.
Melt some butter in a frying pan. Add the flour coated fillets into the frying pan.
Fry the fillets in the butter on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes then flip them over. Take care when flipping the fillets so that you don't break them. Fry the other side for 3 to 5 minutes as well. Remove from pan and eat.
I told you it was quick and easy. I love frying haddock like this. Enjoy
