Today I am sharing with you the recipe of nalli biryani it is the one of the best dish of Pakistan if you do not try it before then please try it to cook and enjoy it.
Requirement;
Rice - half kg
Beef - half kg
Hose - half kg
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric- 1 teaspoon
Water - 4-3kg
Edible oil - half a cup
Onion - 2 digits
Proven condiments - 1 tablespoon
Tomatoes - 2 digits
Cayenne powder - 2 tablespoons
Storage - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
1 teaspoon of yogurt
Nutmeg - 1 quarter teaspoon
Potato fever 6-8
Beef stock 1
Green peppers - 2-3d
Heat spices - half teaspoon
Coriander leaves - 4-5 tablespoons
Fried onions - 2-3 tablespoons
Sugar - 1 to 2 tablespoons
Kewada Water - 1 teaspoon
Food Colors - 1 to 2 tablespoons
How we cook;
Put the beef, hose, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt and water in a pan and let it boil and cook the beef up to 80%. now remove the beef and remove the beef stock for reuse then heat the oil in a pan, add the spices and ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Now add onion and cook till light brown and add tomatoes, salt, cayenne powder, cilantro, coriander powder, turmeric and green chilies and cook for 2 minutes now add the beef and mix well.
Then add yogurt, nutmeg, sugar and potatoes in it and cook till the oil is separated.
Now put hose and beef stock in it and cook till the beef is melted then remove the hose and place it on the side now remove half of the gravy then add half boiled rice then sprinkle some coriander over it Now add half the leftover gravy.
Then add half the leftover rice, chopped coriander, fried onions, casserole water, food color and hose and cover with a lid and cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes.
