Ingredients
two hundred gms of sesame seeds
five hundred grams of sugar
one cup water
one tsp spoon baking soda
To set ghee or baking tin chikki in the dish
Instructions:
Add sugar in the water on medium flame and peel it.
When the sugar dissolves completely, let it broil the flame and let it boil.
When sugar syrup is ready, add some drops of one cup of cold water into it and see if its gum is formed or not.
Keep it running from time to time and cook more for the next two minutes. After that eliminate it from the flame.
Blend baking soda and put it in the prepared dish in a pre-prepared meal.
Now add it to be set in a thin layer.
