Total Cooking Period: 40 Minutes
Ingredients
quarter Cup Basmati Rice
six Cups Milk, full cream
quarter Cup Condensed Milk
quarter Cup Sugar
half tsp Green cardamom powder
ten Gram Almonds
Instructions:
- Pick, rinse and soak rice for twenty minutes.
- Strain and rinse the rice again and set aside.
- In a heavy bottomed pan, boil milk put the drained and rinsed rice.
- Simmer it for twenty to twenty-five minutes, mix from time to time. Put condensed milk.
- Blend very well.
- Put sugar, cardamom powder and slivered almonds. Combine thoroughly.

Not really a fan of Indian food but this recipe is, surprisingly, very easy to follow. Kudos to the author! Simple and easy!
