Preparation Period: 15 Minutes
Cooking Period: 25 Minutes
Total Cooking Period: 40 Minutes

Ingredients

quarter Cup Basmati Rice
six Cups Milk, full cream
quarter Cup Condensed Milk
quarter Cup Sugar
half tsp Green cardamom powder
ten Gram Almonds

Instructions:

  1. Pick, rinse and soak rice for twenty minutes.
  2. Strain and rinse the rice again and set aside.
  3. In a heavy bottomed pan, boil milk put the drained and rinsed rice.
  4. Simmer it for twenty to twenty-five minutes, mix from time to time. Put condensed milk.
  5. Blend very well.
  6. Put sugar, cardamom powder and slivered almonds. Combine thoroughly.

Not really a fan of Indian food but this recipe is, surprisingly, very easy to follow. Kudos to the author! Simple and easy!
