Paneer Malpua

Recipe Servings: 10
Preparation Period: 5 Minutes
Cooking Period: 30 Minutes
Total Cooking Period: 35 Minutes

Ingredients

one hundred grams of paneer, grater
Lost one hundred grams, grated
fifty gm arrowroot
one hundred twenty ml (ml) Milk
quarter t spoon cardamom pider
Ghee to fry
one cup sugar
one hundred twenty ml (ml) water
quarter teaspoon saffron
Almonds, sliced into pieces

Instructions:

  1. Firstly blend the paneer, lost, cardamom powder and arrowroot.
  2. After this combine the milk and prepare a thick mixture.
  3. Add sugar, water and saffron in a pan, prepare the sugar syrup and cook till it turns the wire off.
  4. Heaten up the ghee in the pan and put one to two teaspoon mixture to it and fry till light brown color from both sides.
  5. After frying, dip it in syrup and leave it. After a while, remove the masupua from the chamber and offer it.
