How to make

Pour little by little of water that has been warmed before. while pouring water, stirring the dough until the flour forms a fine grain. If the dough has become a fine grain, put the dough into bamboo print. Insert until the print is half filled. Furthermore, include also brown sugar that has been combed fine. Cover it with a little more dough. Next, prepare the broomstick to steam the putu cake. Steam for 10 minutes. Bahan

400 gram tepung beras
150 gram kelapa parut (pilih kelapa yang tak terlalu tua atau terlalu muda)
150 gram gula merah (sisir halus)
Air (secukupnya)
Garam (secukupnya, 1 sedot) 1lembar daun pandan
Cetakan bambu (diameternya 3 samapi 5 cm)
Daun pisang (secukupnya)

Cara Membuat

Didihkan air di dalam panci. Masukkan garam dan daun pandan lalu aduk sebentar. Aduk-aduk hingga garam larut dan aroma daun pandan wangi. Rebus hingga airnya hangat lalu matikan api. Siapkan wadah lain untuk mengaduk adonan. Tuang tepung beras didalamnya. Tuang sedikit demi sedikit air yang telah dihangatkan sebelumnya. sambil menuang air, aduk adonan hingga tepung membentuk butiran-butiran halus. Jika adonan sudah jadi butiran halus, masukkan adonan kedalam cetak bambu. Masukkan hingga cetakan terisi setengahnya. Selanjutnya, masukkan pula gula merah yang telah disisir halus. Tutup atasnya dengan sedikit adonan lagi. Selanjutnya, siapkan dandang untuk mengukus kue putu. Kukus selama 10 menit. Sambil menunggu kue putu matang, siapkan loyang tau piring yang telah dilapisi dengan daun pisang. Angkat kue putu yang telah matang lalu sajikan. Jangan lupa untuk menaburi kue putu dengan parutan kelapa. Segera nikmati selagi hangat dengan secangkir kopi atau teh. Selamat mencoba.
