Saucy Sukiyaki

Ingredients
half pound thinly sliced roast beef, slice into strips
one bunch fresh spinach, rinsed and stemmed
twelve ounces fresh button mushrooms, halved
one (eleven ounce) can beef stock, split
half cup thinly sliced onion
three tablespoons sake, or to your preference
three tablespoons soy sauce, or to your preference
Instructions:
Mix quarter cup of the beef stock, soy sauce, and sake. Put onions and mushrooms; fry till onions start to ease. Put the strips of beef and remaining beef stock, and cook, mixing continually, for two minutes. Put spinach, cover, and cook for three minutes, till spinach is wilted, but not fully cooked. Adjust seasonings to your preference, and offer over udon or ramen noodles.
