Passion fruit cream

Hello friends I hope you are well, every time we can gather all the ingredients we prepare a cake to eat in the afternoon as a snack, recently I was thinking of a cream to fill it and enjoy it in another way, I found this cream recipe of passion fruit and I thought it was perfect because that acid touch along with the sponge cake for me is the perfect combination.

Today I share the recipe for this delicious cream that you can not only enjoy with sponge cake, also with cookies, toast or even solitaire.

Ingredients:

  • Maracuyá 5 units
  • Condensed milk 400 grams
  • Milk cream 300 grams

Preparation:

We start the passion fruit, we extract the pulp and in a blender or mincer we liquefy it for a minute. We prepare a large colander with a container to receive the liquefied made previously, we empty the pulp there and helping ourselves with a spoon we will extract all its juice, we reserve our passion fruit juice. Now we combine the juice of passion fruit with the condensed milk, the cream of milk and liquefy until a cream is formed. We put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and it will be ready to be tasted or used for the preparation of your preference.
