Here's a recipe Rujak colek accompanied by ingredients and how to make it
Material :
300 g of peeled yams cut into pieces
300 g mango peeled peeled pieces
300 g kedondong, peeled, cut into pieces longitudinal
300 g of pineapple, cut into small triangles
300 g water jambu, split longitudinal
250 g of cucumber, cut into pieces
Blend:
5 pieces of curly red chilli
2 tsp tamarind water
2 tbsp boiled water
1 tsp salt
1/4 banana stone, sliced transversely
50 g peanut fried
250 g brown sugar, combed
1/4 tsp fried terasi
How to make :
- Place pieces of fruit in a serving dish, serve with sambal.
- Sambal: Blend red peppers and salt. Insert slices of banana stone, fine musk. Enter the fried peanuts, ulek until smooth. Enter brown sugar and shrimp paste. Mashed until well blended. Pour the tamarind water, stirring. When too thick, can be added boiled water.
