𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat until
well combined.In a separate medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the
wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Flatten the balls
slightly with the bottom of a glass.Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Remove the cookies from the oven and let
them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Ingredients:
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2-3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the powdered sugar and butter until well combined.
Add 2 tablespoons of milk and the vanilla extract and beat until smooth. If the frosting is too thick, add an additional
tablespoon of milk.Spread the frosting over the cooled cookies and enjoy!
