Tofu chicken meatball

Material:

250 grams of fresh cut chicken meat small
75 grams of sago / tapioca flour
1 egg whites
2 cloves garlic puree
1 onion leaf if likes fine slices
Sufficient salt and pepper powder
To taste ice cubes
10-15 pieces of tofu 2, fried until skinned, can use tofu ready to use skin
Sufficient Oil for frying
2-3 liters of water to boil
2 cloves garlic grate enter in boiling water


How to make:

  • Enter the meat, ice cubes and egg whites in a cooper or food processor, process until smooth, add sago powder, finely spiced, spring onion, salt and pepper powder, process back until soft and well blended, turn off cooper.

  • Heat water in a pan, give salt and grated garlic to taste while waiting for boiling water to split one side of tofu, then fill with meatball dough using a teaspoon, do until finished, put tofu in boiling water then boil until cooked and float, lift, drain and chill.


Serving:

  • Fried tofu meatballs in hot oil, remove and serve immediately with chili sauce or chili sauce.
