Ingredient
Sweet pot (washed and cut into two pieces) - 2 large

Water - 4 cups

Pumpkin Tightened Ginger - 1 tsp Spoon

Green Chili (Chopped) - 1 tsp Spoon

Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Spoon

Hot masala - ½ tsp spoon

Amchoor - 1 tsp spoon

Chut masala - 1 tsp spoon

Rock salt taste

Lemon juice - 2 tsp

Corn Flour - 1 T Spoon

Kutu dough - 1 table spoon

Oil - 2 table spoons (for frying pan)

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Put water and sweet potatoes in a bowl.

  2. Apply 3-4 whistles and let it cool down.

  3. Once cooled, peel the sweet potato.

  4. Now make it anus, then add green chillies and ginger to it.

  5. Mix red chilli powder, hot masala, amchoor and chat masala in this mixer too.

  6. Now add rock salt, lemon juice, corn flour and kutu flour.

  7. Mix all these ingredients well and apply tight dough.

  8. Divide into equal parts and give them the shape of the ball.

  9. Press them lightly.

  10. Meanwhile, heat pan and add oil in it.

  11. Now add the tikkias on a low flame one by one and fry them.

  12. When light brown in one side, turn the side and turn it brown from the side.

  13. Now these drying tricks are hot and hot served.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chut masala has been used in this dish, if you are making it for fast, then do not put chaat masala because it contains ordinary salt. Or if you want, you can put chaat spices on the house with rock salt.
  2. If the tikki breaks while frying, then you can get some more corn flour in the remaining flour.
  3. If you wish, instead of frying these ticks, you can grill them.
