Recipe for Cucumber Salad with chopped peanuts

Ingredients:

• 1 large cucumber
• 1/2 purple onion
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon of oil
• Salt to taste
• Grounded pepper (optional)
• 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
• 1 pomegranate
  
  

Preparation:

1. Cut the cucumber in thin slices and the onion in half moons; Place in a bowl or deep bowl.

2. Mix the lemon juice with the sugar, oil, salt and pepper, whisk and add the dressing over the cucumbers.

3. Remove until all ingredients are well seasoned and add peanuts. Add Pomegranate and Serve immediately.
