Sunday baking.. sebisa mungkin lagi mengurangi konsumsi tpg terigu jd klu ada resep kdg suka diganti sm tpg GF,hasil mmg ga mgkin sama ky pke terigu tp rasa ok ok aja kok.. ini contohnya resep nya pke pny @tintinrayner ku modif sedikit..

Gluten free lemon butter cake with lemon glazing
.
Bahan:
250 gr tpg GF
200 gr gula pasir halus
230 gr butter (jgn diganti margarine)
3 btr telur utuh
2 btr kuning telur
1 sdt vanila paste
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdm kulit lemon parut (dr 2 butir lemon,lalu campurkan ke terigu)
-+ 60ml air perasan lemon

Lemon glazing:
5 sdm air perasan lemon
100gr gula halus/secukupnya
.
Cara membuat:
- Kocok telur dan gula smp mengembang dan putih halus
- Masukan vanila paste lalu telur satu persatu,beri jarak dalam memasukan telur,agar telur berelmusi
- Turunkan speed terendah,masukan tepung dan garam,berselang seling dgn air perasan lemon ,(me:3 tahap)
- Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu disuhu 170c
- Siapkan cetakan,oles dgn margarine lalu kertas roti,masukan adonan
- Panggang sekitar 30-40 mnt tergantung oven masing2 (api atas bawah)
- Lemon glazing: tinggal diaduk rata dgn sendok gula halus dan air lemon
Cake merekah sempurna tanda butter cake sdh matang,dinginkan di cooling rack lalu oles dgn lemon glazing.. siap dinikmati 🍋
