Jengkol Udang Balado
Bahan :
- 250 gram udang, buang kepala, kotoran dan ekor tajamnya, cuci bersih tiriskan.
- 250 gram jengkol muda, potong-potong
- 1 buah tomat merah, potong dadu
- garam dan gula secukupnya
Bahan halus :
- 50-70 gram cabai merah
- 5 buah bawang merah
Cara :
goreng udang dan jengkol secara bergantian, tiriskan.
tumis tomat sampai layu dan hancur, masukkan cabai tambahkan garam dan gula, koreksi rasa.
masukkan udang dan jengkol, aduk sampai rata, sajikan.
