Delicious Sakura Anpan

Ingredients

For your Dough:

one hundred sixty grams flour
one teaspoon instant dry yeast
one and half tablespoon sugar
one tablespoon skim milk
half beaten egg
eighty cc warm water

For your Strawberry:

one hundred twenty grams sweetened white bean paste
one tablespoon powdered strawberry
one tablespoon sugar

For your Matcha:

one hundred twenty grams sweetened white bean paste
one tablespoon matcha powder
one tablespoon sugar

For the Others:

Black sesame seeds
half beaten egg

Instructions:

Slice up your croissants.

In a dish, heat up and blend the condensed milk, evaporated milk, nutmeg and vanilla, until warm.

Chill slightly in a dish. Blend in the two egg yolks, briskly.

Beat both mixes together. Toss in the croissant.

Melt your butter in a small pan. Put in the bread pudding mix. Cook till the eggs are set on a very low heat for about ten minutes. and till the bottom is crusty.

Whip your cream until set.

Serve a spoonful of pudding with a spoonful of cream.
