Bun Brie
Ingredients
two packages frozen Parker House rolls
twenty-four slices thin prosciutto
one (sixteen-ounce) package fresh cranberries, approximately two cups
two eggs, crushed
one (eight-ounce) round of Brie
Instructions:
Heaten up the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each roll in half and fill with prosciutto and two cranberries.
Set up rolls in two circles on the baking sheet, the inner circle with ten rolls and the outer one with fourteen rolls. Leave about a half inch between each roll. Wrap with plastic wrap and allow to thaw and proof, approximately one hour.
