Tumis Tempe
Bahan Utama :
1 papan tempe
1 sdm air asam jawa
Garam, dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya
Gula merah sisir sesuai selera
1 sdm kecap manis
100 ml Air
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Bumbu Iris :
2 butir bawang merah
1 butir bawang putih
1/2 tomat merah
1 batang daun bawang
Cabai keriting merah dan hijau secukupnya
1/2 ruas lengkuas
Cara :
Potong-tempe tempe goreng sampai kekuningan saja jangan digoreng kering angkat dan tiriskan.
Tumis bumbu iris sampai harum tambahkan air, gula merah, garam, kaldu bubuk, air asam jawa.
Masukan tempe aduk rata tambahkan kecap, aduk kembali.
Masak sampai kuah kering. Test dan koreksi rasa. Angkat dan sajikan.
