Create a Korean food enthusiast, the rest of the kimchi you can use to make a delicious omelette. It tastes crispy, spicy and savory. Can be eaten with boiled noodles or warm rice.

Material:
- 4 chicken eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 20 g onions, cimcamg
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (gochugaru)
- 100 g white mustard kimchi / radish, roughly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
How to make:
Beat eggs with salt and pepper until loose and frothy.
Saute garlic and onion until fragrant then lift.
Mix into beaten eggs.
Heat butter in a skillet over low heat.
Pour the beaten egg into the pan.
Arrange kimchi slices on the egg.
Sprinkle chilli powder.
Cook until the edges freeze and then lift.
Bake briefly in a hot oven 180 c with top flame for 5 meit or until the egg is frozen.
Lift, serve warm with a sprinkling of chopped kucai.
