My mum cooked this once for Christmas and that i were given the recipe off her. it is a delicious ham however is understated to organize and appears nice whilst you carry it out.
Meals Serves: 50
eight/nine Kg cooked leg of ham
2 heaped tablespoons (40g) of brown sugar
10-12 complete cloves
250g apricot jam
3 tablespoons Grand Marnier or Cointreau

Preheat oven to (180) degrees (Celcius)
Put Off pores and skin from ham through reducing in the course of the skin on the knuckle end of the ham, and loosening the skin on the broad finish of the ham and pulling it gently away with fingertips. there'll still be a few fats left at the surface.
