Chicken Curry Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken Katsu Material:
  • 1 chicken breast, split thin to 4
  • 1 tbsp versatile spice flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Sufficient bread crumb
  • Curry sauce Material:
  • 2 pieces of potatoes, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1/4 red pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 500 ml of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch + dissolve with water

Steps

  1. How to Make Chicken Katsu: Soak the washed chicken with salt & pepper for 30 minutes.

  2. Beat eggs & versatile seasoning flour. Dip the chicken in the egg whisk and roll it into a container containing the fbread crumb. (May be cooled into freezer or directly fried)

  3. Fry in hot oil with low heat.

  4. How to Make a Curry Sauce: Blend all the spices. Then saute the spices finely until fragrant.

  5. Then put the peppers & onions saute until wilted.
    image

  6. Next add water & all ingredients of curry sauce, wait until the water shrinks.

  7. Finally, add the cornstarch solution, stirring until blended until the sauce thickens.

  8. Serve with chicken katsu.
