Avocado Toast Breakfast

Buy the avocado mashed or mash it yourself. Get low glycemic toast (Ezekiel Bread) as this works the best health wise. Buy a southwest salsa with corn in it. Not the watery kind. The chunky full of good stuff kind. Then crushed red pepper and drip of olive oil.

1-2 slices of Ezekiel Bread.
1/2 ripe, Fresh mashed Avocado.
Two Tbsp of Southwest Salsa.
A drip or olive oil just enough to coat the surface.
Sprinkle crushed red pepper.

Toast 1 slice bread.
Smear the Fresh Avocado (mashed).
Top with tbsp of Southwest Salsa.
Top with crushed red pepper.

Then you are done! This is a delicious breakfast I have and it is very helpful for me and my diabetes.
Here it is! Nice and simple! You can do the same thing with hummus instead of avocado.
