Fried Garlic Cheese Salmon Fish

Today, I would like to share a fried salmon fish recipe.

∼Fried Garlic Cheese Salmon Fish∼

Ingredient A


Garlic ∼50g
Butter ∼15g
Salt ∼¼ teaspoon
Sugar ∼½ teaspoon

Ingredients B


Salmon ∼ 200g
Cheddar Cheese ∼ 1 slice
White pepper powder ∼ ½teaspoon
Salt ∼ ½ teaspoon
Parsley flakes ∼ 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil ∼ 3 tablespoons

Preparation for Garlic Cream


(Ingredient A)

  1. Remove the garlic skin and crush the garlic using blender until it is crushed.

  2. Add in the butter, salt and sugar.

  3. Turn on the blender to blend it until all mix well.

Cooking Steps

  1. Remove the salmon scales and wash it.

  2. Apply the salt and white pepper powder on the salmon slice for 5 minutes.

  3. In a frying pan, heat the cooking oil under medium heat. Then put the salmon slice into the frying pan.

  4. Cover the wok lid to avoid getting burnt by hot oil.

  5. After frying for 3 minutes, use a turner to turn the salmon fish to the other side and let it fry for another 3 minutes.

  6. Then apply the garlic cream at the top side of the fish while it is still frying in frying pan.

  7. Fry it for another 30 second, then put the cheddar cheese slice as topping of the salmon. When the cheese slice is a little bit melted, then off the heat.

  8. Take out the salmon slice and put into a plate. Sprinkle the parsley flakes on top.

  9. The fried garlic cheese salmon is ready to serve.
