∼∼酱油焖薯仔鸡∼∼
食材
鸡腿 ∼ 1个
马铃薯 ∼ 300克
玉米淀粉 ∼ 1茶匙
黑酱油 ∼ 2汤匙
生抽 ∼ 1汤匙
盐 ∼ 1小匙
绍兴酒 ∼ 1茶匙
蒜米 ∼ 20克
玉米油 ∼ 1汤匙
材料准备
将鸡腿洗净切成块状。
在一个碗中放入50毫升的水、玉米淀粉、½小匙盐和绍兴酒,搅均。
把鸡肉块放入碗中腌制10-20分钟。
将马铃薯去皮洗净,然后切小备用。
将蒜米切粒备用。
烹调步骤
将玉米油倒入热锅中以中火烧热,再加入½小匙盐。
然后将马铃薯放入锅中煎5分钟左右,拿出。
再放入蒜米煎至金黄色。
然后将鸡肉倒入,留下淀粉液。用锅铲翻炒一分钟左右。
然后将马铃薯倒入,翻炒一分钟。
倒入清水半杯、黑酱油和生抽。盖上锅盖焖煮。
十分钟后就可以打开锅盖了。如果觉得够味就可以熄火了,不够味的活可以另加生抽或酱油噢!
一盘香喷喷的酱油焖鸡就完成,可以端上桌了。
