I often cook this cake. It is inexpensive, simple and fast.
1 cup = glass of 250 ml.
Dough:
2.5 cups flour
1.5 cups sugar
6 tablespoons of cocoa
2 cups warm milk
Baking powder (2 teaspoons without a slide). Can be replaced with soda and citric acid.
Cream:
2 cups of milk
1 cup of sugar
4 tablespoons flour
130 grams of butter.
Cooking:
Figure 1-6: Mix all the dry ingredients for the cake (flour, sugar, cocoa, citric acid and baking soda).
Figure 7: In this powder, we make a pit of the "well" type.
Figure 8: Pour milk into the center of this “well”, gradually mixing its walls. We need 1.5 - 2 cups of warm milk.
Figure 9: The dough should drain a little from the spoon.
Figure 10: Pour the dough into a cooked greased dish. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. If the dough has moved away from the walls of the form, then the cake is ready.
Now we cook the cream:
Figure 11-12: Cooked butter, sugar, flour. Divide milk immediately into 2 cups.
Figure 13: Mix sugar and flour. Pour in a thin stream 1 glass of milk and cook over low heat.
Fig. 14: When the second glass of milk boils, it needs to be poured into this mass hot and mixed.
Figure 15: Continue to cook until the mass is thick.
Figure 16: Gradually add the oil in small parts. Do not stop stirring the cream.
Figure 17: Cake is ready. It needs to be cooled

Fig 20: Now divide the cake in half and coat with cream.
