Today Let's coo healthy and tasty smoothie with fruits and mint!

🔸na 100gramm - 66.54 kkal🔸

We need:

  • Bananas 3 p
  • Kiwi 3p
  • Fresh Mint 2 twings
  • 600 ml of yogurt

Start cooking:

  1. Firstly peel the fruits.Separate the mint leaves from the stem.
  2. In a blender, beat the ingredients until smooth state.Add to the fruit yoghurt and whisk for 2 minutes.
