Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe!

If you're anything like me, then you're Vegan and obsessed with all things Fall. (It's the best season, I have a definitive argument on the subject, but that's neither here nor there).
And although the original PSL from the 'bucks is delicious and Vegan when using their milk substitutes, it can get a little pricey after a while.

SO, I have come to solve your problems. A make-at-home, delicious, recipe for plant-based PSLs. Now you can spend the morning sipping the delicious flavors of fall without ever leaving your pajamas.

Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte (1 serving)

  • 2/3c coffee or 2 shots of espresso
  • 2/3c plant-based milk of your choice (I personally prefer Almond)
  • 3T pumpkin purree
  • 1t cinnamon
  • 3 whole cloves (or 1/2t ground cloves)
  • 1/8t black pepper
  • 1/2 vanilla
  • sweetener of your choice, to taste
  1. Brew Coffee
  2. a. If using whole cloves, combine all ingredients (sans coffee) into a blender, and blend
    b. If using ground cloves, combine all ingredients (sans coffee), and mix thoroughly
  3. transfer ingredients to saucepan & heat (or, if you prefer microwaves, you can use that too)
  4. combine with coffee or espresso and voila!
  5. Enjoy your delicious beverage!
