Good day steemians. How are you there? Hope all is well. And me??? I’m fine too and just done taking dinner. Praise God for the happy and full tummy!. Tonight, I am the one who cooked for our dinner dishes. I cooked Utan Bisaya (mixed-vegetable soup) and Hipon or bagoong guisado with pork.

Bagoong guisado is a sauteed shrimp paste that is very appetizing. And it is also best partner for green mangoes. Some of us don't like to eat Bagoong because of it's smell. Yes, it may provide awful smell but it was very tasty recipe. This can be a main dish partnered with rice or can be an appetizer. Most of the Filipinos loves to eat this dish.
Today I wanna share to you my fellow steemians my Ingredients and my ways how to prepare Bagoong guisado with pork.
HERE ARE THE INGREDIENTS
THIS IS HOW TO PREPARE
First is wash and clean the bagoong alamang.
Drain water, to remove extra saltiness of the bagoong. Prepare and chop the onion, garlic, tomato and the red chilli pepper.

Heat the frying pan and put the vegetable oil. And then add the pork and stir. Wait until the pork will become brown. You can put the brownish pork in the extra plate or just put it in the side part of the pan.

Next is add the garlic, onion, tomato and then stir. Add the bagoong (shrimp paste) and then stir. Followed by the red chilli pepper

Lastly, add the brown sugar to give it a little
sweet. And mixed it well. Continue cooking
with a very low heat and stir it occasionally to
avoid overcooked the bottom part.
AND THE GUISADONG HIPON WITH PORK IS READY TO SERVE!

Woow so yummy,its good for lunch,but its not advisable to eat this kind of food if you have high blood pressure,arthritis etc.but if you can't resist ,just eat a little for your craving tummy..haha ..lami a jud ani @sweetnaomi05.
