HOW TO MAKE GULAB JAMUN

Ingredients:

 

  • Egg ½
  • Khoya 250 Gm
  • Sugar 2 Cup
  • Water As Required
  • Kewra As Required
  • Clarified Butter As Required
  • Plain Flour 1 Tbsp
  • Semolina (Suji) 1 Tbsp
  • Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Oil For Frying

Method:

 

  • Cook Sugar In A Pan With Enough Water For A Syrup To Form. Add Kewra. 
  • Beat Egg And Add Khoya And Semolina To It. 
  • Mix Together Using Your Hands. 
  • Knead The Mixture With Baking Powder And Clarified Butter. 
  • Make Small Balls. 
  • Heat Oil For Deep Frying. 
  • Fry The Balls Until Golden In Color. 
  • Dip The Balls In Sugar Syrup And Serve Hot.
