Ingredients:
- Egg ½
- Khoya 250 Gm
- Sugar 2 Cup
- Water As Required
- Kewra As Required
- Clarified Butter As Required
- Plain Flour 1 Tbsp
- Semolina (Suji) 1 Tbsp
- Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp
- Oil For Frying
Method:
- Cook Sugar In A Pan With Enough Water For A Syrup To Form. Add Kewra.
- Beat Egg And Add Khoya And Semolina To It.
- Mix Together Using Your Hands.
- Knead The Mixture With Baking Powder And Clarified Butter.
- Make Small Balls.
- Heat Oil For Deep Frying.
- Fry The Balls Until Golden In Color.
- Dip The Balls In Sugar Syrup And Serve Hot.
