Super healthy and easy to make zucchini soup

Summertime! Time to lose some fat, get healthy and spend a little less time in the kitchen. This zucchini soup is great and very easy to make.

What do you need?

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 onion
  • olive oil
  • vegetable broth
  • 125 milliliters of cream
  • garlic (fresh)
  • some smoked salmon (sliced)

How do you make it?

Easy. Slice the onion and a little bit of garlic. Dice the zucchinis. Put some olive oil in a pan and heat it up. Bake the onion and garlic and add the diced zucchini. Bake for three more minutes.

Add the vegetable broth and let it simmer for ten minutes. Use a bar mixer to make a smooth soup. Add the cream and (if you wish) some pepper and salt. Serve with some salmon slices on top. Enjoy!zucchini-soup-1234757_960_720.jpg
