Oatmeal
Ingredients
one cup oats
five cup almond-coconut milk
two tablespoons chia seeds
two tablespoons shredded coconut
quarter teaspoon ground cardamom
quarter teaspoon ground cinnamon
quarter teaspoon vanilla extract
quarter teaspoon ground ginger
quarter teaspoon nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix oats, almond-coconut milk, chia seeds, coconut, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla extract, ginger, and nutmeg in a bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate, eight hours to overnight.
