做法:
1,明虾修剪头和脚,开背,然后用竹签串直定型
2,烧热油锅,放入虾炸2分钟,捞起上碟
3,将调味料煮滚,打芡淋在虾上即

2 tbsp light soya sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp water
1 tsp corn flour water, for thickening
METHOD:
Trim legs and heads from the until prawns. Make a slit down the back onto and devein. Skewer the prawn on the bamboo stick.
Heat up oil for deep-frying, put in prawns and deep-fry for 2 minutes until cooked. Dish up and arrange onto a serving platter.
Pour seasoning into a wok and bring to boil. Thicken with corn flour water and pour over prawns. Serve hot.
